Teachers... these last few terms have left us feeling exhausted, worn out and overwhelmed

There have been so many strange things going on in the past few terms.  Colleagues and kids disappearing and reappearing for various reasons (mostly co-vid) have left us feeling like routine and plans have gone out of the window....

What happens when I say the words:  

"lesson observation"? 

"performance review"? 

or even "Peer Review"? 

Do these words bring up emotions? Uncomfortable feelings in your gut? A sense of dread? 

Oh, I hear you! Every time I knew I was being observed the panic would set in. I'd start overthinking everything as I tried...
